In the user panel, choose a monthly plan or data pack and check the name, price, and allowance. Note that monthly plans show a price per month, while data packs show the price for the entire pack. Once you've confirmed the order matches your intended use, go to the payment page and choose a payment method.
For Alipay or WeChat Pay, follow the instructions on the order page. For USDT, carefully check the network, recipient details, and amount shown on the payment page. Don't reuse details from an older order; follow the instructions for your current order.
After paying, return to the panel to check the order status and the plan and data shown in your account. Once everything is active, continue to get a client or subscription. A payment confirmation alone doesn't mean your connection is ready to use.
If the order status doesn't match the payment result, keep your order record and payment receipt, then explain the issue in a support ticket. Avoid creating repeated orders or paying twice. Don't post screenshots containing your account credentials on public pages.

After getting started, test your connection on the networks and devices you use most. Verify access to your destination website and check that it works for your needs. Don't stop at payment without checking your client configuration.
To request a refund, sign in to the panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details. Include a brief explanation of your request. Follow-up questions, status updates, and replies will be recorded in the ticket. Read the refund policy beforehand for the full terms.
You don't need to share your subscription link or account password publicly to request a refund. If you're also having connection issues, describe the error separately from your order details so the technical and billing issues can be handled independently.
