Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains refund eligibility and how to request a refund for VPNNH subscription services. Keep your order and payment records, and submit your request through the user panel. Order checks, processing decisions, and refund progress are confirmed in the relevant support ticket.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. You do not need to have experienced connection issues or completed troubleshooting to apply. The refund window is calculated from the time of your first payment and the time your request is submitted, not from a client download or your first connection.

List the order you want reviewed in your request. A renewal, upgrade, or additional data package does not reopen the refund window for the first payment. If you have multiple orders, each payment record and its eligibility must be checked separately. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire; this describes data validity and does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely.

Eligible and Ineligible Requests

Requests made within the window due to your experience, device arrangements, or changing needs may be submitted under the no-questions-asked refund policy. Requests made after the window are not covered by this policy. Failed payments and closed, unpaid orders have no collected funds to refund. Duplicate charges and other billing discrepancies should be submitted for separate review.

Normal connections and ordinary data use alone are not grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund. This policy does not set additional deductions based on data used or usage thresholds; unpublished criteria must not be imposed as refund conditions. Cases involving account violations, unusual consumption, or payment disputes require review of the order and relevant records. Account actions and refund decisions are addressed separately, and a vague label such as “unusual activity” is not a substitute for an explanation.

How to Apply and What to Provide

  1. Sign in to the user panel, find the relevant order, and confirm its payment status, payment time, and payment method.
  2. Go to the support ticket portal, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order number, payment amount, and payment record. You do not need to explain personal reasons for no longer using the service.
  3. Add any information needed for verification in the same ticket, then check the decision and refund details. For the same order, continue using the original ticket where possible so the full record stays together.

Redact information unrelated to the order from payment screenshots. Do not submit account passwords, complete subscription links, wallet private keys, or recovery phrases. If you cannot access your original account, first check the account guidance on the support page. Do not share payment credentials publicly with other users.

Refund Processing and Payment Status

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel. Request acceptance, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate statuses. After the ticket confirms processing, refer to the payment channel's transaction record for the actual refund status. VPNNH does not promise a single processing timeframe under this policy. Progress depends on the channel, account status, and any necessary transaction checks.

If you cannot yet find the refund, add the details of your inquiry to the original ticket and check the statement for the original payment account. Do not submit the same request repeatedly because the refund has not arrived. If the original route is unavailable or the refund fails, confirm the reason and next steps in the ticket first; do not switch to unverified payment details on your own.

Payment Methods and Next Steps

VPNNH supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Refund status for Alipay and WeChat payments is checked against the original transaction record. The destination and display of the refund depend on the records provided by the relevant payment channel.

USDT transfers on a blockchain generally cannot be reversed directly like payment-platform orders. To return funds, the original transaction, network, and recipient details must first be checked in a support ticket before the handling method is confirmed. A network mismatch or an incorrectly entered address may affect receipt, so a transfer screenshot alone is not a substitute for verification.

After a refund is completed, the order and subscription status are determined by the user panel records and ticket confirmation. For other service terms, see the Terms of Service. For details on how application information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
