Create an account and save your login details
Start by opening the account creation page in the VPNNH user panel. Choose a username and password. VPNNH doesn't require an email address; you can create an account with just a username and password. Pick a username that's easy to recognize but doesn't reveal your identity, and use a unique password stored in a trusted password manager.
After submitting the form, follow the prompts to open your account area. If you're not signed in automatically, log in with the username and password you just set. Seeing your account overview confirms you're signed in. Before installing a client, make sure you're using the account you intend to keep; this helps avoid splitting orders and subscriptions across multiple accounts.
The account you create here is your service account. A “configuration name” in a client is just a local label, so the two aren't the same. When you import your subscription later, you can give the configuration a name that's easy to recognize, but don't include your account password. Once you're signed in, choose a billing option. Get your subscription after the plan is active to keep the process straightforward.
Choose a plan and confirm your order is active
Open the Plans section in the user panel and choose a data allowance that fits your usage. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date each month, not at the start of the calendar month. To compare options, review the full details on the plan pricing page, then return to the panel.
For data you can use at your own pace, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Packages remain available until used and never expire. Their data rules differ from monthly subscriptions, so check the selected plan type and billing terms before placing your order rather than comparing data amounts alone.
After choosing a plan in the panel, check the order name, amount, and data allowance, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to your orders or account overview and wait for the benefits to show as active. If the payment page confirms completion but your account hasn't updated, refresh the order status and keep your payment record. Don't submit the order again just to make the page update.
VPNNH allows unlimited simultaneous connections and offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the details when you make the change. For billing questions, visit the Support page. Once your plan is active, you can get the subscription link for your client.
Get your subscription link
Open the account overview and subscription section in the user panel. A subscription link is an address that lets your client retrieve route settings; it's not a regular webpage or an installer. The link provides the client with route information for your account, and is usually where you'll get future route updates too.
Copy the subscription link and leave it on your clipboard, then use the client's “Import from link” option or an equivalent feature. If the panel offers multiple import methods, check the instructions for your client and choose a compatible option. Even if the address looks like a website URL, don't paste it into a search box.
You can now open the client downloads section in the panel and select your platform. You can access the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients after signing in. iOS access is different: you need a purchased plan that hasn't expired. Downloading a client and having usable data on your account are separate steps.
Once you've copied the link and obtained the right client, continue with the platform instructions below. Switching apps while copying may replace the clipboard contents. If the import reports an invalid address, return to the account overview and copy the full link again rather than editing it manually.
Import your subscription on each platform
For the simplest setup, use the VPNNH client provided in the panel and follow the instructions for that version. These steps cover clients that support subscription imports. If your client offers a one-click import from the panel, use that option instead. A successful import should show a configuration and route list—not just an open app.
Windows: Add the link in the configuration section
Choose the Windows client in the panel, install it, and open the app. Go to the “Configuration” or “Subscription” section and look for an option to add a configuration, add a subscription, or import from a link. Paste the complete address you copied into the link field. You can use a recognizable name, then save and refresh. Don't paste the subscription URL into a single server's address field; they expect different types of information.
Wait for the client to finish retrieving the subscription, then check that routes are available to select. If you see a configuration name but no routes, select it and try refreshing. If an error mentions formatting or the network, keep the message and look for a matching issue on the Support page. Once routes appear, stay on the list and continue with the selection and connection checks below; there's no need to change advanced network settings yet.
macOS: Import and select the configuration
Get the macOS client from the panel, install it as prompted by the system, and open it. Find the subscription or configuration manager, then paste the subscription URL using the add-link option. Some clients put the refresh option in a menu beside the configuration, so you may need to refresh after saving before routes appear. Once the import is complete, confirm that the selected configuration is the VPNNH subscription you just added.
When you connect, macOS may ask you to allow network settings or enter your device credentials. Confirm the request comes from the client you just installed, then follow the prompts. If you use another network proxy app, pause its connection first to avoid multiple apps changing system network settings at once. This covers basic setup; for more on system permissions and proxy modes, see the complete guide.
Android: Add the subscription and allow the connection
Choose the Android client in the panel, download it, and install it as prompted by the system. When you first open the app, go to the configuration or subscription list, tap the add option, then choose to import from a link. Paste the address, save, and refresh. You should see region or route names. If nothing appears after pasting, copy the link again from the panel; don't try to add subscription parameters manually.
After importing, select the configuration and get ready to connect. Android may ask you to authorize a VPN connection; confirm the app's source, then allow it. You can check its status in the client or the system status area. If access stops after you switch to another app, return to the client to check whether it's still connected, then review the system's background activity restrictions for that app. Don't delete the configuration and start over straight away.
iOS: Get access through an active plan
First, confirm that your plan is active in the panel, then open the client section and select iOS. Get the iOS client using the App Store link provided in the panel. If the page says your plan doesn't meet the requirements, check the current account and plan status. Don't assume the setup method based on an installation link shared by someone else, and don't use installation files for other platforms on iOS.
Open the client and look for an option to import from a link in the subscription, configuration, or add menu. Paste the address copied from the panel and refresh. If the panel offers a one-click import for your client, follow the prompts and return to the client to confirm the configuration was saved. The first time you connect, allow the VPN configuration when prompted by iOS. Then select a route and turn on the connection.
Whichever platform you use, keep a configuration whose source you can identify. For routine updates, refresh the existing subscription instead of creating another entry with the same name. If the route list changes, check the selected configuration, account benefits, and update status before deciding whether to import it again.
Connect to a route and test access
Choose a region suited to the service you want to use, then connect. If the service doesn't require a specific region, you can start with one nearby. If it does, prioritize the service's requirements over distance. VPNNH offers 120+ countries / 240+ routes. See the route list for options, and test the connection on your network to see which works best.
Once the client shows that you're connected, reopen the website or app you want to use. Check that the page loads, you can complete the login process, and the features you need work. An enabled connection switch alone doesn't mean all app traffic follows the same route. With split tunneling, different sites may use different routes, so test the specific service you plan to use.
To check your exit region, use a trusted exit IP lookup page as a guide and compare its result with the route shown in the client. Region detection can also depend on the lookup site's database, so don't rely on one page as the definitive answer. Streaming services and AI tools may also check account region and their own terms; network access doesn't override those requirements.
If access fails, first check that your account is active and your data is still available. Then confirm the subscription has been refreshed and the right configuration is selected. Try another route and reopen the target app. Change one thing at a time and check the result to pinpoint whether the issue is your local network, configuration, or target service. If the client says it's connected but your browser still can't access the site, check whether another proxy app is running.
Once access works, keep the current configuration for everyday use. If something goes wrong later, reconnect and refresh the subscription, then follow the troubleshooting prompts; there's no need to create another account or place another order. If you still can't connect, visit the Support page or submit a support ticket in the panel. Include your device platform, the client message, the service you're trying to access, and the steps you've tried. Don't include your password or full subscription link.
Your account, plan, subscription, client, and access checks are now all set up. For route types, routine maintenance, and advanced configuration, see the complete guide. If you just want to keep using the service, leave your verified connection settings in place.
