Service Scope

VPNNH provides international routes for cross-border access, client software, and subscription management features, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can view plans in the panel, access client and subscription information, and select a route to connect through their client.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for destination websites. Regional policies, eligibility checks, and usage rules for those services are determined by their operators. A route connecting does not guarantee access to every website or feature, and coverage does not guarantee continued availability in any particular region.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Keep your login details, subscription links, and access credentials on your devices secure. Do not publish, resell, or rent your account, or share your subscription with others. If you discover leaked credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and seek help through the panel.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices online at the same time for devices managed by the user. This does not permit reselling routes to third parties or operating a shared access service. Use your subscription in an authorized client environment and do not disrupt other users or evade account management rules.

Plan prices and data allowances are as shown on the plan pricing page and in the order confirmation. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the selected plan and its applicable rules before paying.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region relevant to their use, and confirm that they are legally entitled to use the relevant network services. The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, distributing malicious software, or unauthorized network access.

You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, launch attacks, disrupt network operations, or help others engage in such activities. When accessing international websites, users must also comply with those websites' terms of service. Network acceleration does not change users' responsibility for their own conduct or replace any required content license or business permit.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, device configuration, destination website status, and maintenance. VPNNH does not guarantee continuous connections, a fixed speed, or access to any particular website. If you encounter an issue, first check your local network and subscription status, then submit the relevant troubleshooting details through a support ticket.

VPNNH will investigate and address issues based on their nature. Liability for impacts caused by changes to third-party services, external network failures, or force majeure will be determined under applicable law. Users should back up important data. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit any rights users have under applicable law.

Suspension and Account Termination

If a user engages in unlawful use, reselling or sharing, network attacks, resource abuse, or any other material breach of these terms, VPNNH may restrict connections, suspend relevant features, or terminate the account based on the impact. To contain an active risk, restrictions may be applied first, with the reason for the action provided afterward.

Users who disagree with an action may submit an explanation and relevant materials through a support ticket in the panel for review by the service. Suspension or termination does not waive any lawful obligations that have already arisen. Any payment-related matters are subject to the refund policy and applicable law; account status alone does not determine the outcome of an individual case.

Changes to Terms and Refund Guidance

VPNNH may revise these terms due to changes in service features, legal requirements, or operating rules, and will update this page with the revised content and month of last update. Material changes affecting users' rights or obligations will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate notice or consent is legally required, the relevant requirements will be followed.
